      Business Development Intern Interview

      Sep 21, 2010
      Anonymous employee
      New York, NY
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Equilend (New York, NY) in May 2010

      Interview

I applied through my school career site. I got an email, responded, and then scheduled an phone interview. The phone interview was relaxed and was with an Associate. They asked me to come in for a 1:1 interview with that associate. The interview again was relaxed, "Why do you want this internship", "What are your career goals". Next I met with the Director of the group, again very nice and relaxed. I was offered the position the following week.
