I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Equinix (Dallas, TX) in May 2021
Interview
Fairly straightforward process. The recruiter was very well informed and detailed about the position, culture and team. The subsequent interviews were a mix bag. Solid hiring manager, followed by a mixed experience with the additional team members. The wrap up left a very poor representation of the team and culture of the organization. I recommend for people who are interviewing: please silence your messenger services, and don't be texting your peers, even if it's to say you're not interested in the candidate (while the candidate is presenting or explaining something). It's disrespectful for whomever is presenting. Also, and as a footnote, interviews are the opportunity to know people and their experiences. Being rude and disrespectful, not only puts you the interviewer in bad light, but also does the same for the Organization as well. Do not recommend interviewing at this company.
