Equinix Senior Talent Partner interview questions

First interview with TA, delayed for ten days due to Interviewer going on holiday. Call with the Interviewer. Very warm and positive call. Explained that there would by a further two weeks delay, due to having to interview many other candidates. Never a good thing to say to a candidate as it always makes you sound that you're not good enough. I sent a strong follow up email, thanking them for their time and confirming my interest to progress. No courtesy response back from the Interviewer. Just over a week later I sent an email requesting some interview feedback and informing the Interviewer what stages I was at with other positions I was interviewing for. Again, a week after sending, no response. Today I sent an email outlining that I wish to withdraw my application. My reasons for doing so, no feedback, no professional courtesy and a process where I'd completely lost all momentum and appetite to progress any further. Equinix People & Talent Team.
