I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Equinox (Summit, NJ)

Was very awkward and rushed. My interview was planned during something else that the manager also had to do. Manager was also checking his phone while asking questions. Kind of seemed as if he wasn't paying attention to me.
