Equinox IT Solutions interview questions

I had my first in-person interview. After I passed went to the headquarters in Utah. The interview went well and the staff was professional. Said it would take a few weeks to a month to hear about a potential offer. Took weeks to respond to follow-up and took 2 months longer than told in the interview to know the status of the job position. Overall not very communicative but the engineering staff was great.

There are multiple long interviews but they take the time to really get to know you. They start with a phone interview and then there are a couple in-person interviews and then an offer if you make it to that.
