At least 3 interviews. You meet a lot of people both Regional Sales Managers and GM's of clubs. They are pretty straightforward. Basically they want to know if you are willing to work crazy hours for slave wages.

Phone screening interview with Human Resources at HQ, zoom interview with Sales Manager, then another phone call with Human Resources person at HQ to specify details of accepting the offer

You have to do a video for the application process. They do a phone call interview first and then they schedule an in person interview. After that they reach out within a couple days if you get an offer.
