Typical interview questions, two interview process (with two separate people), focus on customer service and dealing with difficult customers, asked a lot about experience with people (people-skills). Overall pretty easy and basic interviews - very friendly, and a good overview of what the job actually was!
Quick phone screening, asked about my resume, asked about career experience and company knowledge, gave overview of scheduling (what shifts they offered) and asked to come in for in person interview.
