I did not receive an interview. I submitted my resume for consideration and 6 minutes later I got an automated response saying I was not a good fit. Clearly, a human being is not reviewing the resume and the company doesn't have the consideration to wait for a day or so to respond to at least create the appearance of consideration of the resume. I know this is not unheard of, but it creates a red flag in my view. Just saying...
