4 rounds. 1. Phone screen 2. Hiring Manager call 3. SQL live test 4. Take Home assignment and presentation. SQL test platform was clunky but doable. 2 easy questions and 1 difficult one. Takehome assignment was standard, said to spend 2-4 hours but ended up taking more than that. I was told it was less able "getting the right answer" and more "about them learning about how I think". After my presentation with a panel of 5, they didn't seem impressed and asked if: I couldn't use the tools I had utilized for the exercise, how would I approach it instead.
