Just like how the person below mentioned about the process and this role steer away from completing the assessment and this company. The recruiter asked me to do a DISC personality assessment and a Codility SQL assessment. I then completed it right away putting time away. He then ghosted nothing happened. Ignored all communications for a week. Don't waste your time completing the assessment they are lengthy when this recruiter and company don't care. Recruiter also didn't express much enthusiasm.

Recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn and we chatted through GoogleMeet the next day.
He kept raving about how much I would be a great fit for the role and said that the team lead wanted to meet with me already.
Asked me to do a DISC personality assessment (red flag already) and a Codility SQL assessment. I finished them all the same day we spoke and then he ghosted me for 3 days until they sent me an auto rejection email.
He had the nerve to call me on my cell phone immediately after we got off our screening call to tell me that the Team Lead wanted to meet me, but ignored all communications for 3 days and sent me to voicemail when I called him.
Steer clear of this company.
