I had four hour-long interviews over the course of two weeks. These were all over Zoom due to COVID19. They were very quick to follow up after every step, which I appreciated. I had an introductory interview with the initial person I made contact with, the director, I met the team, and then I had a technical interview. Everyone I met was very nice, and I enjoyed talking with all of them. I had a negative interview experience because I made it extremely clear that I was entry level, I was assured multiple times that was OK. The problem came with the tech check, but the problems were extremely complex, and the test was designed for someone who had years of experience. It was uncomfortable and awkward for all parties, and I think they need to get on the same page about the experience level that they are looking for before asking someone to invest 4 hours into their interview process. The director did mention that an entry level BI Developer could expect to make $75K.
