30 minute phone screen with recruiter who was new to the Company. Received an email request for next round with CPO. Then received a request to complete a self assessment. I deferred completing the assessment until after the interview. The CPO was pleasant and professional and we had a good conversation on her many challenges. It wasn’t something I wanted to take on and I nicely said that - and the interview ended at the 45 minute mark. I received a system rejection a week later and I wish them luck.
