Interview
Initial interview with recruiter to go over your background and skills, to see if you would be a good role/team/culture fit. Then a quick DISC Personality Assessment test online, takes about 5 - 10 minutes to fill out. Then you go through 2-3 interviews with various team member or managers you will be working with/supporting in your role to ensure you will work will and be able to provide the level of work they are looking for. Last is a quick and simple SQL technical challenge to be submitted at the end.

The interview process is extremely unprofessional. Interviewers are not prepared and show extreme bias. The Indian interviewer who conducted the interview does not know what he is asking about and is racism. Avoid at all cost!
