I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at EquipmentShare (Greenville, SC) in Jan 2025
Interview
Fairly easy interview, albeit long. From start to finish was about 8-10 weeks with 3 in person interviews, a skills test, personality test, and a group presentation. Radio silence for about 5 weeks before I pressed the recruiter to withdraw my application before they told me they needed another day to decide... No.
The people I interviewed with were really hot and cold the entire time and it was hard to gauge their interest in me as a candidate.
I'm considering this a big bullet dodged after they pulled a reverse uno on my withdrawal.
The recruiter said there would be 3 rounds of interviews followed by a presentation involving research and data. Aside from 3 rounds already being too much, she also let me know that the salary range was not 90k-115k as posted but actually 82k-90k.
