Recruiter was kind and personable but unorganized. She asked about an interview time slot, I confirmed via email and did not hear back. I called the corporate office after waiting a week and they had her reach out to me to lock in a time. When that time came, I did not receive a call so I reached out via email and she then circled back apologizing. The phone interview went well and I moved on to a video interview. Video interview was fine, mostly questions about why I was interested and no questions about my technical strengths, weaknesses or work style. I was told I would hear back by the end of the following week, I did not and reached out via email the following Tuesday (2 weeks after the video interview at this point) only to receive a rejection at 9 PM on the following Friday. I would like to assume my situation was uniquely poor because I've heard great things about the company, but I felt all of the above gave the impression that they are growing too fast and do not have the infrastructure to accommodate the amount of hires they need to make.
