I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Equitable Advisors (San Mateo, CA) in Jul 2016
Interview
They were unwilling to reschedule an interview, although I had medical documentation (was in an accident). Not a good start and I will not be pursuing employment. Also, after reading more in-depth on job recruitment sites, I have decided that they are not a company I would even want on my resume.

Question 1
I don't think they really asked many questions related to the job. Only that they were interested in bringing me on board, and they enjoyed my personality.
I interviewed at Equitable Advisors (New York, NY)
Interview
Quick process, show you're hungry and they'll give you a shot. Had one zoom, one in person meeting, and then a compensation breakdown. Nothing guaranteed, up to you to make money. Good for someone self motivated and will bet on themselves.

Are you comfortable getting in the office at 8am and leaving at 8pm?

I interviewed at Equitable Advisors (Falls Church, VA)
Interview
2 rounds of phone interviews and then 1 interview in office where you make a presentation about prospecting for clients once you would have the role. Phone calls were behavioral while the in office was more about your plan to succeed
