I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Equitable Advisors (Bellingham, WA) in Sep 2017
Interview
I had to go through 3 interviews with the same person over the course of more than a month, they didn't ask really any hard questions, I felt like I had the job from the beginning it really just seemed the interviews were to see if I would show up waste my time. There were as far as I can tell no wrong answers. Then I had to take the state tests, but that was a whole different thing, not part of the interview just really long and no pay for about 3 months total
I interviewed at Equitable Advisors (New York, NY)
Interview
Quick process, show you're hungry and they'll give you a shot. Had one zoom, one in person meeting, and then a compensation breakdown. Nothing guaranteed, up to you to make money. Good for someone self motivated and will bet on themselves.
