I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Equitable Advisors (Cleveland, OH) in Mar 2018
Interview
I had to complete a series of phone interviews, but never met the hiring manager in person. The manager offered me the position after two interviews. Once I was offered the position, I was sent my contract. I had questions on certain benefits that the company would be providing as an employee, but never received a response to my inquiries and I was required to begin my job search again.
