I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Equitable Advisors (Tampa, FL) in May 2020
Interview
I had this first interview online, facetime with the vice president of the branch. He is very nice, very patient, the most questions are to test your personality and test your attitude you will have toward this position. You need to do some research about the company, he might ask you to say what do you know about the company. Then after the interview, he will give you an introduction to the company, and how the training process will be like if you get hired.

Interview
Quick process, show you're hungry and they'll give you a shot. Had one zoom, one in person meeting, and then a compensation breakdown. Nothing guaranteed, up to you to make money. Good for someone self motivated and will bet on themselves.
