I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Equitable Advisors in Feb 2021
Interview
It was a great experience, they took a lot of time to get to know me. It began with a phone call that was 30 minutes long for the first interview. In that interview they wanted to know why I was interested in the role and about me and why I thought I would be a good fit. In the second interview they went in depth on the hiring process and day to day activities, as well as conducted a background check. Finally, they had a short interview with the manager of the branch before extending me an offer.

Interview
Quick process, show you're hungry and they'll give you a shot. Had one zoom, one in person meeting, and then a compensation breakdown. Nothing guaranteed, up to you to make money. Good for someone self motivated and will bet on themselves.
