Interview
Interviewed for the New York, NY location
Initial phone screening with a recruiter. First-round was learning about the company and the services offered. The pay is solely based on commission. You have to build your own book by going out to find your own clients (cold call, etc.). The interviewer was so unprofessional, showed up to the zoom interview over 30 mins late. For the second round, you do a presentation explaining how you are going to get clients. The interviewer went on and on about the company and her experience, and I rested my chin on the back of my hand for maybe a few seconds to lean in and pay attention to what she was saying. She went on to say my body language is ridiculous and she called me unprofessional, and literally said "this isn't going to work out" and abruptly ended the zoom call.

Interview
Online video interview that was vague on job duties. Interview length was fast and convincing I was a good fit but there was no follow up. Company will ghost you.

Interview
3-4 one on one with manager. Very casual and more of a convo. Almost zero questions that were relevant to cold calling even tho that’s the whole job. Had to tell jokes
