I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Equitable Advisors (Fort Worth, TX) in Sep 2015
Interview
First interview, get to know you sort of questions. Interviewer went into great detail of the company and how they operated. Basically it is a sales job and you make minimum wage and then get commission on top of that. Interviewer was really nice and talked about how he started in the entry level position as well, which showed that the company has great upward mobility. Says company is not a 9-5 typical day job, you work round the clock and you work really hard. Probably because it's commission based, you have to work really hard.

Interview
Quick process, show you're hungry and they'll give you a shot. Had one zoom, one in person meeting, and then a compensation breakdown. Nothing guaranteed, up to you to make money. Good for someone self motivated and will bet on themselves.
