Things started out very well when I first applied for the position. A senior manager reached out to me promptly and I was interviewed and informed that I would have an additional interview with a VP of the company. I was told that this interview would basically just be done to make sure that he, the senior manager, didn't miss anything. I was asked to put together a powerpoint presentation as well. Once I met with the VP, it was an in depth interview and nothing like I had been told to expect. I was never asked about doing my powerpoint presentation but I provide the VP with a printed copy and I later emailed it to him. After the interview I sent out thank you emails and was told that I would be connected once the VP made a decision. I reached out two more times and I never heard anything back from the company. I expected to at least receive an email stating that I had been declined but I received nothing.
