Originally got in contact with AXA through LSU's career services. After applying for the position, I heard back from them a week later. The interview process is broken into 3 steps. The first is pretty standard and they ask you a lot of questions about yourself and why are you applying. The second is a behavioral interview and they want to see how well you could fit in with the industry. The third is where they go over compensation and offer you the job.

They called me after applying online, asking questions about my upcoming graduation and interest in a role like this. We scheduled a phone interview for the following week. I received an email confirming that the manager would be calling me at our scheduled time. When it came around to the date, they never called. It has been 2 weeks, and they never reached out, but from Indeed they confirmed that they moved on with the hiring process.
About 3 interviews, 1 online and 2 in person. The online interview was long with a lot of information. Very friendly and got to meet lots of people in the office when on site.
