I first had a phone interview with the recruiter and then I had 4 separate 30 minute video interviews with 5 people total. They were quick to schedule my interviews and it was extremely laidback so I didn't feel nervous. There were a few technical questions, however they weren't too hard as long as you know the basics of life insurance/annuities and a concept from either P or FM. 2 days after my video interviews, I received an offer.
