I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Equitable (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2019
Interview
Reached out to me through an online platform, set up brief calls where they asked really easy questions and then had me come in for an in person interview. Could not be done virtually and they did not pay travel expenses. People were overly friendly and dodged many of my questions.
Seemed predatory, commission only based salary despite having a salary in the position description (or they were seemingly very opposed to paying salary). I also ghosted them initially after seeing reviews and they messaged me again so I went to interview for practice
I interviewed at Equitable (San Francisco, CA) in May 2023
Interview
4 rounds, 2 in person. The first 2 were very casual the second two were more pointed and with higher ups at the company. There was only one in person meeting with more than one interviewer
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Equitable (Brick, NJ) in Nov 2022
Interview
The interview process was easy and talked you through whole process. Initial was a phone interview then you talk to the regional manager, then go from there. Overall satisfied with the process.
