Interview
It was very straight forward. The line manager running the interviews was very much a professional in the space with prepared presentations, punctual responses and a very motivating attitude. I went through the process but I did no feel that the job was right for me seeing as I had come from a sales career in technology and not financials. The lack of a substantial base pay is also quite worrisome as well.

Interview
They called me after applying online, asking questions about my upcoming graduation and interest in a role like this. We scheduled a phone interview for the following week. I received an email confirming that the manager would be calling me at our scheduled time. When it came around to the date, they never called. It has been 2 weeks, and they never reached out, but from Indeed they confirmed that they moved on with the hiring process.
About 3 interviews, 1 online and 2 in person. The online interview was long with a lot of information. Very friendly and got to meet lots of people in the office when on site.

I went through a very mellow interview process, 3 rounds of interviews starting with a phone screening and ended in person. They were mostly behavioral based, little to no technical questions, but you do have to pass exams.
