A financial advisor emailed me and set up an in-person interview. She didn't really ask me that many questions, just my prior experience and why i'd be a good fit at Axa. The questions were simple, and she already had a folder in her hand with a bunch of forms I had to fill out (i.e. the interview was just a formality). hired on the spot. got the job with 2 other interns.
