Recruiting with EM is like being stuck in a toxic relationship, waiting in a long line at the DMV, sitting next to a baby on a 13-hour flight, and going through TSA before thanksgiving. For a small company with less than 100 employees, it’s ridiculously long, exhausting, manipulative, and a lot of avoidance.
My peer and my own experience with EM were overall not pleasant. EM does not have a formal HR department to handle their hiring, instead they have their own managers to do so which explains the dysfunctional chaos.
