I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Equity Methods (Scottsdale, AZ) in Jan 2017
Interview
The first interview was very basic - behavioral mostly. It lasted about 4 hours. Met many different people within the firm. I was then asked back for a second interview where there was a panel on a paper their CEO published. To be blunt - the 2nd interview really put me off. They are all very smart, yes but they are not very welcoming. To put it in perspective - they come off as the really smart nerdy people in high school who are now out to get revenge on everyone. I couldn't relate to anyone and personally they come off like they are better than everyone. If you're looking for a visa to legally work - this is the place for you. It is all international individuals.
