Interview
After submitting the online application, I got an email asking me to do one PI test (50 questions in 12 mins) in a few days. And after more than a week, I got the interview invitation which was held at their office in Scottsdale. The whole process took more than 3 hours in a freezing cold room and it was a 3-round panel interview. They asked me to do the PI test again first and all interview questions were about my previous experiences. The people there are really nice but busy. So just be patient waiting for them during the gap between each round.
