I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Equity Methods
Interview
First interview was via skype that took weeks to schedule. Upon getting the interview scheduled I was informed 30 minutes prior that they needed to push my interview back. Upon connecting to the skype interview the hiring manager did not enable his video feed so I was essentially interviewing to a black screen. The hiring manager seemed very uninterested in my background or my skills as an individual and more or less rushed through the process and asked me a few bathroom reading quality brain teasers. I was pretty turned off by the whole process and didn't get a sense that they we're actually interested in myself as a candidate despite my relevant credentials.
