The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Equity Methods in Nov 2019
Interview
One of my worst interview experiences. I had to study a very hard case, which I spent hours preparing for. The first two interviewers grilled me on the details of the topic and made me feel stupid for not understanding the few parts I did not understand. The second two interviewers were managers. The one that did most of the talking asked a lot of technical questions and made me feel stupid for the answers I didn't know. The questions felt like an oral version of an ACC 440 exam. Also, they ask brainteaser questions. And not to test your critical thinking skills or ability to think outside the box, but to make you feel stupid if you don't get the right answer. The third interviewer was very nice, its disappointing that she interviewed me last because I was drained from the first two interviews. No one I met seemed really happy to be working for the company.
