Interview
This was for a reporting associate role. What they do is so unique that they didn't test me at all on my financial skills - everything was fit, behavioral and personality based. Met at a university event and did a brief screener on the spot. Called back for a 2-on-1 interview the next day on campus. A week later invited to interview onsite. Had 5 1-on-1 interviews in a row, followed by a 20 minute personality assessment online. Mostly the people were pretty friendly. One asked me to "defend" my GPA, which was 3.69, and another asked if I "would feel comfortable working with so many ASU alumni" since I graduated from somewhere else.
As mentioned earlier, there were no technical questions, just asked behavioral and fit questions, and a lot about my resume and past experience. One brainteaser.
