Initial communication was a phone interview from the HR person. I was invited in for job testing. Testing consisted of a personality test and several skill tests. I was then taken to a conference room for a 3 person panel interview. This interview was followed up the next day with a 1:1 interview. The interviews were behavioral based and consisted of "tell me a time when" type questions. Both interviews lasted well over an hour.
