Interview
I had several phone interviews with recruiters, a 1.5 hour phone interview with the hiring manager, a 4 person panel interview, and an interview with the head PM.
At the end of it all I was taken on a tour of the building which I found disturbing. The facility was very nice except the location the project managers were stationed. They were the only people in the entire facility that I saw who were in tiny honeycomb shaped half wall mini cubicles. My perception is that the PMs must be looked down on by senior management for them to do this . There were 6 project managers stuffed in an area smaller than my last office.
I would not have interviewed had I known this. This is the first time that I did not write a thank you after an interview because I hoped that they would not make me an offer.
