There was an initial screening with HR and then a second round interview with department managers about a week later.
HR screening was typical "get to know you" and a couple behaviorals. Nothing difficult and the representative was very friendly.
The managerial interview was largely based around my resume and what projects I had done. If you get a second round interview, really know about your projects. They seemed friendly but also not very talkative so it was hard to read them.
