After reviewing your resume you will receive an email from a recruiter to schedule a phone call. This phone call is to go over your resume in more detail. They asked me about classes I have taken, projects on my resume and if I had scripting experience. After this, your application will be sent to the department manager where they will then make the decision to interview you or not. If they decide to interview you another recruiter will email you to discuss interview times. During the interview with the manager for the department they will ask you more details regarding your resume, to go further into detail about your projects and why you are interested in the power industry. Then if they decide you could be a good fit, you will get a video interview with a panel of 3 Eroct employees.
