Interview
Several interviews with several regional managers over a course of a few months (not a quick process). Interviews were a combination of face-to-face in Guildford and several Skype (Lync) video interviews, followed by several emails.

After the phone screening, I went to the first round of two individual interviews.
Each individual interview was split into two parts: a skills review & presentation, followed by a case study.
The atmosphere was relaxed and engaging.
