Interview process mainly had 3 rounds. First, a simple Online test consisting of technical and aptitude questions. Second round had group discussion followed by a technical interview. Group discussion was on topic related to current trend and technical round had few basic technical questions related to Telecommunication architecture and also I had to describe about my final year project. Final round was the easiest of all, where interviewer asked some simple HR questions such as why do you want to join Ericsson.
I had to do an online application, then I did a video interview and went to an assessment centre afterwards, so it was a relatively short process. The assessment centre consisted of several parts, including teamwork and an individual task.
