I have 1 phone interview 1 skype interview and 1 online test from Kattis before the last interview with manager. Phone and skype interview has general question like why you choose that particular position. Online test has 3 problem which you have solve within 5 days with either Java or C++

Interview
It was an easy going interview. Not stressful at all. The interviewer was direct and answered all my questions. I asked if they usually offer a permanent job position after the traineeship but he told me 9/10 people don’t get an offer.
