Interview
Very relaxed interview with no technical questions whatsoever. There was an initial telephone interview where i was asked to talk about myself followed by in person interview and a very easy individual assessment. Overall a pleasant experience. They also did not seem to mind if you did not know what Ericsson actually does as information on the internet is sparse and they themselves tell you more.
Initial online behaviour assessment followed by a video interview that included 3 general questions about me and why would I want to work at ericsson. Easy flowing process and good communication
