I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ericsson (Stockholm, Stockholm)
Interview
First there was quick phone interview for 10 15 minutes, general question.
Then they send IQ test, java test and personality test.
After done with tests, interview with Ericsson R&D manager, then outsource HR and finally with two developers.
The process take around 3-4 weeks.

Question 1
General question.
Technical question was java loop if else in heritage encapsulation,.... basic object oriented programming.
Basic SWE trivia about different processes. A few things on the resume, and the standard tell me about yourself questions. Both interviewers were cordial and professional. Good experience over all.
It was a really well-managed process. There were 3 steps, first HR, secondly technical interview and finally with line manager. I explained my experience and technical skills mostly and they asked related questions.

They asked me about Angular and object oriented related questions.
Very bad, only one interview whitout any technical question they said they will introduce the team structure and then ask me a code question, but they didn't ask question then leave, and the interview is not finished they said an excuse then leave
