I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Ericsson (Düsseldorf) in Jan 2019
Interview
There were multiple steps:
Firstly, I got the call from HR and had around 1 hour conversation with HR. Secondly, HR forwarded my CV to the manager and the manager sent me an email for the skype interview. It was around 2 hours conversation with the manager and technical expert. Then in the evening manager sent me another email and asked me for the face to face interview in the office. The last interview also took almost 2 hours.
Overall, my experience was very good about the interview process as well as the manager and expert. Both of them are very gentle and humble person.
After one or two days I got the job offer and I decided to become a part of the Ericsson.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions were relevant in both telephone and face to face interview. They asked me questions from Java(class, inheritance, thread, database connection, how to handle XML script etc.), sql(join, update etc.), a real problem was given and asked me to analyze and give a solution that could be a probable solution of the problem. There were some other questions related to my thesis and previous works.
Basic SWE trivia about different processes. A few things on the resume, and the standard tell me about yourself questions. Both interviewers were cordial and professional. Good experience over all.
It was a really well-managed process. There were 3 steps, first HR, secondly technical interview and finally with line manager. I explained my experience and technical skills mostly and they asked related questions.

They asked me about Angular and object oriented related questions.
Very bad, only one interview whitout any technical question they said they will introduce the team structure and then ask me a code question, but they didn't ask question then leave, and the interview is not finished they said an excuse then leave
