I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ericsson (Bengaluru) in Sep 2020
Interview
HR contacted me late evening one day and asked for a position my interest for which i said i wished to go ahead with the interviews after conveying my CTC expectations clearly for which they said there was no such issue. Post this there were some 4-5 rounds all went pretty well and were cleared but surprisingly after last round there wasn't any feedback, i asked for it but they said it was being discussed. They took some 2-3 weeks and then got a rejection email from them. I never saw companies taking so long after last round to convey feedback to me it seems my CTC was the primary issue. So my advice would be in case your CTC is high please do not appear for this company based on false promises from HR see the salaries range on glassdoor and calculate before appearing. You will be taken for a ride and all precious time will be wasted. This is face saving measure for human resources when they fail to get good candidates. I lost lot of time in preparation, brushing up sacrificed my personal and professional life to be left disappointed at the end of it. Regret applying for this company.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ericsson (Bucharest, Bucuresti) in May 2015
Interview
Very professional recruiters, helpful and kind. Prompt feedback via e-mail and also willing to assist with additional answers during the recruitment process. After the phone screening was performed it took a bit of time to set up the face to face interview where the focus was mainly on people management techniques and experience and also i had to present a case study.
