Question 1
why ericsson?
which specific area you are interested in?
Applied for a thesis I found really interesting. After a few weeks I got a response. I was interviewed first online, following with a remote interview. The whole interview process went smoothly, very positive atmosphere in general, efficient and informative.
No technical questions, behaviour and personality based questions. Asked about competencies in certain programming languages and how capable I was in them. Good atmosphere in the interview and friendly people.
