Met hiring manager and got asked both behavioral and technical questions. technical questions were difficult and I would recommend studying processes and tools to at least do well in that part since behavorial was pretty basic and straight forward

I applied for several positions at Ericsson Tallinn, but first got denied. Finally received one interview invitation for Manufacturing Engineer. During first round I was interviewed by 3 people: HR specialist, Manager of ME dept and Manager of Technology dept. Interview held in 3 languages: Estonian, English and Russian. At second tour got production tour and some refining description of proposed job.
