The company posted two positions one for a Senior Project Manager and another for Master Project Manager. I was told that the Master Project Manager posting was “not real” and that they typically only promote someone from within to that position - so why post it? Be aware that while this company’s benefits are quite generous, it became quite clear that they are looking to hire relatively inexperienced individuals at the lowest market salary range possible. If you are experienced, don’t waste your time. You prove that you have more experience that was required, aced the interview only to get a cold, form letter reply that you aren’t selected. In reality they just wanted the cheapest minimally experienced individual.
