I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Eskenazi Health (Indianapolis, IN) in Aug 2016
Interview
The interview took 20 minutes. And I received a call a few days after I applied online. The whole thing was very underwhelming. They ask you to shadow after the interview and let them know how it went. There were two managers interviewing me. My friend also interviewed with them and it took what seems like forever for them to get back to her. They have set scheduling so that's another thing to think about.
There were three sets of two interviewers that ask detailed questions that require thought to answer. After those interview questions you have to meet with the director and go through more questions.
