What does Customer Focus mean to you ? How have you shown this ?
I went through 3 interviews.
The first one was with the recruiter which when well. I was asked general questions. Then went on to being interviewed by the person who would be my manager where I also went through my CV and relevant experience to the role.
The last interview was with my manager's colleague which when in a similar fashion to the previous one. The Esko went quiet, no response, nor feedback.
